7 Year EuRomed Covenant To Be CONFIRMED In Hours

My Verdict On Hydrogen Technology Applications, Inc.
Last May, I first heard of the company, Hydrogen Technology Applications, Inc. from an article on The World Net Daily Website. This article reported that an inventor from Clearwater Florida, Denny Kline was producing a gas which he trademarked as Aquygen. Kline according to this article, made several claims which captured my interest (to say the least). His claims were that he was cheaply producing a combustible gas which comes from normal tap water (also known as HHO or Brown's Gas).
According to similar reports, HTA, Inc. was working with The State Gov. of Kentucky; GM Auto; and gave demonstrations of this HUGE breakthrough to The U.S. Congress. Other countries in Europe were in contract with Kline's company.
This was going to change the world!
To make a long story short..... This blog was created on the excitement generated from this World Net Daily story and other videos and news reports which were going out online, last Spring. I fell for the claims, talked to researchers, a scientist, government officials, other media people, bloggers, and inventors.
The question comes, as 2006 comes now to an end: Where do I now stand with all of these claims of getting cheap fuel from water? Claims particularly made from the company, Hydrogen Technology Applications, Inc.???
1. I believe that there great promise regarding Brown's Gas and expect some exciting developments in the near and distant future for lower cost energy usage.
2. I believe, though I could be wrong, that Hydrogen Technology Applications is NOT a reputable company, as I couldn't verify even one of their claims which was made from a few videos from an NBC affiliate in Kentucky.

Comment: I have been following this story for several years. It is my strong belief in the literal fulfillment of Bible Prophecy that moves me to believe that Israel is going to strike a BIG oil find. In The Old Testament Book of Ezekiel, chapters 38 & 39, many believe reveals a future MASSIVE invasion by Russia, Iran (known as Persia), and other nations to 'try' to destroy Israel. Just yesterday, I discovered the website of the video shown below. The videos shown on his website are all very good and I would tend to believe that this inventor is honest and doing a wonderful work.
I wish he included his snail mail address on his website though there is an email and phone # to contact him.

A Retraction, "I Was Wrong"
Late this afternoon, I phoned a scientist who asked not to be named. He is well rooted in his fields of research, but not only that, I quickly found out that he is also very gracious, and gave me as much time as needed to answer some of my questions over the phone, pertaining to the news stories that I have been covering on this Blog....specificly, pertaining to the claims made regarding Aquygen or HHO Gas and producing cheap, combustible fuel from water.
I told him that from the 6 + weeks of following this story, that it has gripped me, and I have strongly longed for answers to know whether or not for sure that the claims given in the FOX & NBC News Videos (shown below) are true or not.
I wish all scientists had half the humility that this guy has! Though he felt that though there may or may not be some advancements with HHO Gas, he wouldn't be surprised if at least some of the claims do not stand the test of time.
I must say, that through our communication, that I was humbled in finding out shortly that I crossed the line and wasn't being completely objective in some of my statements. Specifically in reference to my very own profile, there were two things that I have retracted:
1) That HHO Gas is a 'proven' technological breakthrough &
2) That 'entrenched interests' are holding back the advancement to some MAJOR advances in energy research.
While both of these claims may or may not be true, currently, from my limited understanding, I will have to stand down some, and say that, I am not yet 100% certain. ... thus the slight change of the description in my profile. FROM MY PERSONAL VIEWPOINT, I need to extend some grace to those who I am investigating... on all sides of this issue, and be slow to make such definitive remarks.

I must say, that through our communication, that I was humbled in finding out shortly that I crossed the line and wasn't being completely objective in some of my statements. Specifically in reference to my very own profile, there were two things that I have retracted:
1) That HHO Gas is a 'proven' technological breakthrough &
2) That 'entrenched interests' are holding back the advancement to some MAJOR advances in energy research.
While both of these claims may or may not be true, currently, from my limited understanding, I will have to stand down some, and say that, I am not yet 100% certain. ... thus the slight change of the description in my profile. FROM MY PERSONAL VIEWPOINT, I need to extend some grace to those who I am investigating... on all sides of this issue, and be slow to make such definitive remarks.

Water Powered Hummers, Lockheed Martin & The State of Kentucky
In the past few days, I have been in brief communication with Lockheed Martin. They are reviewing my request for information on their Aquygen HHO Water Powered Hummer Project that has been reported by FOX News. They plan on getting back with me and once they do, I will post an update.
In addition, I have a new contact to follow through on who works for The State of Kentucky. I hope to touch base with her via phone this coming Monday. As many of you are aware, some news reports have stated that The State of Kentucky is far along in testing Denny Kline's Aquygen hybrid technology for use in all of their State run vehicles. I am trying to get more specific information on this.
Finally, I spoke with the founder of The Water Fuel Museum located in Lexington Kentucky. James has a book out which I have ordered online and hope to further our communcations in the days ahead. He owns a water powered car in which the owner was going to go public with it before he died.

Action Auto Wreckers {Aquygen HHO Machine Dealer}
Last night, I was on the phone with Philip Schaffer of Action Auto Wreckers, located in Massapequa, N.Y., for over 40 minutes.
Phil is currently one of the few dealers of Denny Kline's Aquygen producing machines and has shared with me some experiences from customers and potential customers as they have both responded and reacted to just what these machines can do from simple, water.
It seems, that despite the promise of changing the way of live for people everywhere, there are MANY who are not open to some simple changes even though they can instantly save bundles of money and make their homes or businesses more productive and environmentally friendly. There was one large company that could have easily saved over $25,000 a month, but as they have operated their business for the same way for over 100 years, they just didn't want to change the order of things!
Phil, also mentioned to me that one of the six scientists that now is apart of Denny Kline's company, first laughed, when he heard about this Aquygen welding machine, because it goes against current scientific thinking. However, when he saw a demonstration of it, he left his company, and joined Denny Kline and Hydrogen Technologies Applications, Inc.
There is so MUCH misunderstanding going on in regards to the claims made by those who think they understand, what this BREAKTHROUGH is all about, but truly isn't. Update On The Updates
As mentioned last week, I am trying to connect with various government authorities of The State of Kentucky to find out where they are in their plans of implementing Aquygen technology in their State run cars and vehicles. I have spoken with several in various departments of government, and though friendly, have not found any new conclusive information. As you are aware, FOX NEWS 13, WTVT, Tampa reported that the State of Kentucky had potential big plans with the implementation of Aquygen technology.
I briefly touched base with the owner (I believe he is the owner) of Action Auto wreckers (link can be found in the post below). He was very gracious and willing to talk and hope to do so very very soon. I know that many of you are as excited as I am in this development so I promise to continue to update you as soon as I get any new details. Stay tuned!

"I’ve been following with great interest the progress of a new technology which, if true, could change the balance of economics worldwide by greatly decreasing world dependence upon fossil fuels such as gasoline and diesel. Seems that these two chaps, Denny Klein and Peter Dominici, have successfully overcome the technical problems of converting everyday water into a safe, stable, and combustible gas which can then be used as an additive to, or in place of, the traditional fuels we now use to power our vehicles. The implications of this are enormous. Imagine being able to fill your car or power your heatpump or possibly even your home with fuel which has been produced from simple water. While all of this is certainly wonderful and for the benefit of all mankind, I can’t help but be skeptical as to whether or not big business and the U.S. government will allow this exciting breakthrough to filter down to the masses. Think about it: If this thing really takes off, then the big oil companies whom have been happily boasting about their record profits as of late stand to lose most, if not all, of their stranglehold on the U.S. economy. This means that essentially, we can tell the Middle East to bug off while we merrily produce nearly 100% of the fuel that we use. Pretty cool, huh?. But as usual, there’s trouble in paradise. Since I’ve concluded that this could really hurt certain entities right in the ‘ole wallet, I’m sure that they too have thought of it. And this is where the U.S. government might come in. You see, the government doesn’t mind how much you experiment with and create new and better ways of doing things as long as they can regulate and control the result(s). And its no real secret that the U.S. government and certain big businesses have cooperatively stifled and/or squelched past attempts to create affordable alternative technologies. Typically, one of several outcomes will occur: 1) - The government will not grant patents to those who invented the technology. They will create reasons, quote obscure regulations, and otherwise do everything possible to insure that they will be the primary distributor and/or regulator of this technology, or 2) - The government will publicly denounce the new fuel in favor of existing fuels and methods, claiming that Aquygen™ is not nearly as viable an alternative as was initially claimed.
Remember. Government, big business, and massive oil companies are the ultimate control freaks.
I have a large collection of Popular Science and Popular Mechanics magazines dating from the late 1930s to the mid 1990s. I enjoy reading the ones from decades past, looking at yesterday’s ideas, dreams and technology.
In several of these magazines, especially during the 40s, 50s and 60s, there were lots of articles pertaining to alternative sources of energy. Everything from steam to solar power. One particular article comes to mind which involved highly refined and lightweight steam engines, with some of them even being small enough to fit on a lawn mower!. In that writing, the author claimed to have overcome nearly all of the technical difficulties and safety issues associated with lightweight steam engines, so that they would indeed be a viable alternative to fossil fuels. Over the years, many such ideas have been presented. Cold fusion came along in the 1980s. Never went anywhere. “Safe” nuclear power? that one was talked about for years. How about other liquid fuels? Alcohol? What happened to all of the highly touted research and promises of a better tomorrow?
No wonder myself and others like me are skeptical. On a similar note, just look at the mess which the U.S. government and the big automakers made of the Tucker Automobile in the 1940s. The fact that several of the Tucker ideas and features are now standard on many vehicles tells many people what really happened.
Getting back on topic, I hope that Aquygen™ is indeed everything which its inventors are claiming, and that it does radically change the way we fuel our needs. Its about damn time. But I won’t be surprised if it suddenly goes away."

A new gaseous and combustible form of water

Abstract
In this paper we present, apparently for the first time, various measurements on a mixture of hydrogen and oxygen called HHO gas produced via a new electrolyzer (international patents pending by Hydrogen Technologies Applications, Inc. of Clearwater, Florida), which mixture is distinctly different than the Brown and other known gases. The measurements herein reported suggest the existence in the HHO gas of stable clusters composed of H and O atoms, their dimers H–O, and their molecules H2, O2 and H2O whose bond cannot entirely be of valence type. Numerous anomalous experimental measurements on the HHO gas are reported in this paper for the first time. To reach their preliminary, yet plausible interpretation, we introduce the working hypothesis that the clusters constituting the HHO gas constitute another realization of a recently discovered new chemical species called for certain technical reasons magnecules as well as to distinguish them from the conventional “molecules” [Santilli RM. Foundations of hadronic chemistry with applications to new clean energies and fuels. Boston, Dordrecht, London: Kluwer Academic Publisher; 2001]. It is indicated that the creation of the gaseous and combustible HHO from distilled water at atmospheric temperature and pressure occurs via a process structurally different than evaporation or separation, thus suggesting the existence of a new form of water, apparently introduced in this paper for the first time, with the structure (H×H)–O where “×” represents the new magnecular bond and “-” the conventional molecular bond. The transition from the conventional H–O–H species to the new (H×H)–O species is predicted by a change of the electric polarization of water caused by the electrolyzer. When H–O–H is liquid, the new species (H×H)–O can only be gaseous, thus explaining the transition of state without evaporation or separation energy. Finally, the new species (H×H)–O is predicted to be unstable and decay into H×H and O, by permitting a plausible interpretation of the anomalous constituents of the HHO gas as well as its anomalous behavior. Samples of the new HHO gas are available at no cost for independent verifications, including guidelines for the detection of the new species.
